Sportter is provided as a management and organizational tool for sports teams, leagues, and community organizations.
Sportter does not organize events, manage teams, enforce rules, process payments, or make decisions on behalf of users.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Sportter.
By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- All activity occurring under their account
Sportter is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4. Roles and Permissions
Roles (such as manager, coach, player, referee, or administrator) are assigned and controlled by team or league management.
Sportter does not verify authority, qualifications, or real-world identities.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Use Sportter lawfully and respectfully
- Provide accurate information
- Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy
- Respect other users and organizations
6. Payments and Financial Matters
Sportter may allow users to record or track payments for organizational purposes.
Sportter is not a bank, payment processor, escrow service, or financial intermediary.
All financial responsibility, disputes, and obligations remain solely between users.
7. User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, or share.
By submitting content, users grant Sportter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content solely for operating and improving the platform.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or restrict access
- Remove content
- Terminate accounts
These actions may be taken with or without notice if misuse, abuse, or violations are suspected.
9. Availability and Modifications
Sportter is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific features.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportter shall not be liable for:
- Injuries or incidents
- Financial loss or disputes
- Data loss or service interruptions
- User conduct or decisions
- Third-party actions
Use of Sportter is entirely at your own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sportter harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your content or actions
- Your violation of these Terms
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Sportter remain the exclusive property of Sportter.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13. Privacy
Use of Sportter is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Continued use of Sportter after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
